Bridge Kids is the children’s ministry (birth-5th grade) of Southbridge Fellowship, uniquely designed with your child in mind. From start to finish, we strive to make your child’s time with us a great experience by providing safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in creative, relevant, and fun ways!
During their time in Bridge Kids, your child will experience:
An age-appropriate time of Bible learning specific to your 2-year old through 5th grade child.
An age-appropriate and directed play, ativity, and craft time that encourages the seed of God’s Word to grow in his/her heart.
Worship and music that is on a child’s level of understanding and enjoyment.
Parent Take-Home Resources to encourage fmaily involvement and interaction around their Bible-learning.
Committed volunteer team members with a desire to serve, who have undergone background checks, and who are receiving ongoing training.
First time at Bridge Kids?
Look for the area to the left in the lobby designated for first time Bridge Kids families. We will meet your family and check your child into our database system, which will help ensure the security of your child. Once your family is checked in, a volunteer will be happy to show you the age appropriate room we have created for your child.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the nametag portion of your matching identification tags, which bears a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
On your way home, be sure to ask your child: “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?” Our hope is that Bridge Kids is a place your child will be begging you to bring them back to each week!
